What Do We Do?

SEC Affordable Housing sponsors the development of affordable housing in one-bedroom apartments for independent very-low income seniors and for adults with developmental disabilities capable of living independently.

Who Are We?

Shalom Ecumenical Center (SEC) is a Washington State non-profit corporation whose members are the following Tri-City area churches:

• All Saints' Episcopal Church
• Lord of Life Lutheran Church
• Richland Lutheran Church
• Riverview United Methodist Church

Now known as SEC-Affordable Housing

Mission Statement

To serve the low-income elderly and disabled by providing affordable housing and related services in the Tri-Cities area including Richland, Kennewick and Pasco Washington.
