SEC Affordable Housing directors are appointed to 3-year terms by the member churches: All Saints' Episcopal Church, Richland Lutheran Church, Lord of Life Lutheran Church and Riverview United Methodist Church. SEC Affordable Housing appoints community directors to 3-year terms.
