Edison Terrace South is a new develoment on the Edison Terrace campus and will serve 14 adults with developmental disablities. Construction began in December 2009 and occupancy began in August 2010.
- 14 unfurnished, one-bedroom apartments,
- 4 in 3 quad-plex buildings,
- 2 in a fourth building with community room and
- Manager's apartment
- 4 in 3 quad-plex buildings,
- 2 units equipped for mobility-impaired residents, other units convertible
- Apartments with kitchens, living and dining area, bedroom, bath with walk-in shower or tubs
- Kitchens include range, refrigerator, and dishwasher
- Shared laundry with washer and dryer for each pair of apartments
- Independent unit heating and cooling heat pump
- Large centrally located clubhouse for meetings and recreation with TV, kitchenette, computer, office, and restroom
- Landscaped with trees, plantings, grass areas, walkways, resident and visitor parking
